About the position

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) at Fast Pace Health is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to support the company's mission of providing quality healthcare in rural communities. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and empowerment, aiming to enhance the patient experience through effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and responsibilities.
  • Source candidates directly and develop candidate pools within geographic markets.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
  • Ensure the reference checking process is completed for candidates.
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers in line with approved guidelines and finalize start dates with candidates.
  • Recommend, plan, and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and college recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in Healthcare) OR a High School Diploma and at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in Healthcare).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain friendly relations with all employees.
  • Integrity and trust in all interactions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare recruiting is preferred.
  • Creativity and critical thinking skills.
