About the position

The Talent Management Consultant at Gentiva is responsible for collaborating with business leaders and Human Resources to design and enhance training programs that address skill gaps among clinical and non-clinical associates. The role focuses on developing comprehensive training solutions that prepare associates for their current roles and future career needs, utilizing various instructional techniques and data analytics to measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including e-learning modules and instructor-led courses.
• Use data analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites for efficient collaboration and information sharing.
• Curate content for learning materials based on input from leaders and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in developing classroom-based, eLearning, and virtual learning solutions.
• Experience with instructional design and development using various media and development tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with video production and audio recordings.
• Prior experience in Hospice or Palliative care.
• Experience partnering with learning vendors on large scale projects.
