TC/ASSISTANT MANAGER - SIGNATURE DINING

About the position

Oversees the daily administrative and operational tasks of assigned Signature Dining venues to include within the Tulalip Resort Casino. Assists in the financial management and analysis, sanitation, and safety of all Signature Dining venues. Assisting in creating and maintaining menus for Signature Dining. Motivates, trains, develops, and manages all team members to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation. Maintains the highest level of operational standards as determined by the Signature Dining Multi-Venue Manager. Provides exceptional Food & Beverage guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks of Signature Dining venues.
• Assist in financial management and analysis of venues.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.
• Create and maintain menus for Signature Dining.
• Motivate, train, develop, and manage team members.
• Maintain operational standards as determined by management.
• Provide exceptional Food & Beverage guest experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong math skills related to department industry financials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience as an Assistant Manager and/or Supervisor in an upscale or high volume casual dining restaurant.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a server in an upscale restaurant.
• Minimum of two (2) years POS experience, with emphasis on troubleshooting challenges.
• Experience utilizing MS Word and Excel programs.

Nice-to-haves

• Accredited courses in Business and/or Hospitality preferred.
• Two (2) years of culinary education preferred.
