Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support individuals daily.
  • Stay current on all individuals PCISP, risk plans, and behavior plans.
  • Respond to emergency situations as trained utilizing all aspects of Mandt training.
  • Document daily individual activity on an on-going basis throughout the work day, recording time, jobs assigned, piece counts, goal tracking, and a summary of the individual’s day.
  • Assign work tasks to individuals based on their skills and abilities driven by customer production needs.
  • Participate in trainings/production meetings with Director, Program Coordinator or designee.
  • Oversee and assist assigned production job per ISO work instructions.
  • Document daily production information for Shipping/Receiving Coordinator or designee.
  • Comply with all department and agency policies and procedures.
  • Reasonable suspicion of a crime against an ICF/ID resident must be reported to Indiana State Department of Health and Law Enforcement (Elder Justice Act).
  • Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
  • Report to work as scheduled.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
