About the position
We are seeking a Senior Analyst with experience in business process modeling, enterprise architecture, and associated tools. The ideal candidate will have the ability to visualize growth and build models for a future workflow tool for analysis and maturing the current business architecture. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations. The Senior Analyst will lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology, and software products, usually assigned to high-growth product areas. The candidate should have fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments, and competitor profiles, and be experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate values generated from new capabilities and processes.
- Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex data, analytics, technology, and software products.
- Provide weekly updates to leadership.
- Explain existing tools to the business side.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Information Technology Management.
- 8-10 years of experience in senior Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Solutions Architecture roles in Credit Risk Business domain areas.
- Experience in modeling business processes using various tools and techniques (e.g., UML).
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools.
- Must have credit risk experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Program/project management skills.
- Ability to set clear goals to achieve desired results.
