POGO is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the transition and evolution of our commercial property management platform across multiple development tracks (Web, Mobile, DevOps, Backend Services). This hybrid role combines deep technical product management with agile delivery leadership, serving as the critical bridge between our business team and outsourced development vendors. You'll own both the technical strategy and delivery execution, ensuring our multi-platform solutions are architecturally sound, business-aligned, and delivered predictably. This role requires someone who can evaluate technical decisions critically while orchestrating complex cross-team coordination. This role reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates cross-functionally with the small but experienced business team.

  • Define and maintain technical roadmap across 4-5 development tracks (Web, Android, iOS, DevOps, Backend Services), ensuring platform coherence and reusability
  • Make informed technical trade-off decisions between feature development, technical debt, platform stability, and scalability requirements
  • Evaluate and challenge technical recommendations from outsourced development teams, ensuring optimal solutions rather than accepting vendor proposals uncritically
  • Coordinate cross-platform dependencies and integration points between web, mobile, and backend systems
  • Lead multi-track sprint coordination across outsourced development teams, managing different cadences and ensuring alignment
  • Own backlog prioritization and grooming with full authority to approve development work and resolve competing priorities
  • Facilitate technical discussions between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships with technical credibility, ensuring quality delivery and preventing technical gatekeeping
  • Complete oversight over cloud services, including AWS, GitHub, JIRA, app store accounts, domain administration, and all technical assets
  • Manage knowledge transfer processes and technical documentation to ensure business continuity as needed
  • Lead technical onboarding for new clients, including white-label deployments and infrastructure setup
  • Partner closely with business POC on weekly sprint reviews, blocker resolution, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to triage technical issues and scope customer-facing requests
  • Serve as technical support escalation point for app-related issues and system malfunctions
  • 5+ years managing technical products with multi-platform components (web + mobile + backend)
  • Experience with outsourced/vendor development teams, including technical evaluation and relationship management
  • Understanding of software architecture including APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and mobile development constraints
  • Strong agile/scrum facilitation skills with experience managing multiple concurrent development tracks
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and translate between technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with technical backlog management and sprint planning across distributed teams
  • Ability to read and evaluate technical documentation, system designs, and development proposals
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform capabilities/limitations
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and development collaboration tools
  • Can debug platform issues in partnership with engineering teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management with enterprise clients and internal business teams
  • Proven track record preventing vendor gatekeeping while maintaining productive technical relationships
  • Experience managing remote/distributed development teams
  • Commercial real estate, PropTech, or B2B SaaS platform experience
  • Previous experience in technical roles (engineering, DevOps, or technical consulting)
