Technical Product Manager, Vehicle Experience

About the position

We aim to set a new bar for vehicle experiences by focusing deeply on the needs of the rider and carefully curating every detail to deliver a seamless end to end experience. Our vehicle is purpose built for differentiated rider experiences that will keep people coming back. In this role, you will define and execute a multi-year roadmap for a key pillar of our novel vehicle experience while simultaneously ensuring successful delivery with your product development team.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on a unique opportunity to craft and own a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for your domain that inspires your team and pushes boundaries
• Own the successful execution of the product across its lifecycle
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer, market, and business objectives to find new opportunities and align your product domain to company goals
• Be the Product Owner for cross-functional Agile product development teams - own the product backlog, clearly set priorities, write product requirements, drive incremental improvements
• Ruthlessly prioritize features and ensure priorities are clearly communicated at all times

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct product management experience bringing 0->1 digital products to market
• You possess a passion for impactful user experiences and have relentless attention to detail
• You can balance long-term strategic objectives against near-term tactical wins
• You have a track record of taking action and delivering
• You’re extremely comfortable with data and can navigate complex tradeoffs in a structured way
