About the position

The Transformation Excellence Consultant in Technology Advisory at Accenture is responsible for guiding clients through large-scale technology transformations. This role focuses on advising clients on data-driven technology strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals, while managing change effectively. The consultant will leverage deep industry knowledge and technology expertise to facilitate decision-making and maximize value realization across various dimensions, including financial and sustainability aspects.

Responsibilities

• Shape and steer technology-enabled, large-scale transformations with clients.
• Convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture to guide clients towards value-rich targets.
• Build rapport with senior stakeholders in business and technology functions to facilitate decision-making.
• Act as the glue between program stakeholders to maximize value realization for clients.
• Manage the definition of practices, processes, and toolsets for transformation management domains.
• Plan and prepare for design thinking and customer journey workshops to support transformation strategy development.
• Articulate transformation business value and present options that align with transformation goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience on a technology transformation program driving value management/realization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating investment cases focused on tech value.
• Minimum 1 year of experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 1 year experience in planning/structuring analytical work and developing transformation recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Cloud and Digital roadmap strategy & assessment skills.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Public Cloud Certification(s) (AWS, MS Azure, GCP).
• SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) certification.
• Experience in the implications of Cloud economics on IT financial management.
