About the position

The Settlement Quality Control Manager at TikTok Shop is responsible for building and leading a local settlement quality control team. This role involves overseeing daily settlement operations, implementing risk management systems, optimizing settlement processes, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). The manager will collaborate with various departments to enhance settlement systems and monitor key performance indicators, aiming to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build the local settlement Quality Control team and participate in daily settlement operation inspections.
• Develop and implement risk management systems to prevent and eliminate settlement risks in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
• Improve the settlement system requirements and optimize the online settlement process to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
• Collaborate with finance, taxation, and legal teams to develop settlement systems and SOPs, and train the team to ensure compliance.
• Regularly review and analyze settlement key indicators and formulate optimization plans for underperforming indicators.
• Monitor settlement data fluctuations, investigate abnormal data, and promote quality standards of operational data.
• Optimize internal and external cooperation mechanisms and supervise the implementation of settlement contract terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance/accounting or related fields.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, settlement, internal control, audit, and at least 3 years of team management experience.
• Familiarity with settlement process risks in logistics scenarios, preferably with experience in settlement quality control in medium and large Internet enterprises.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work ethic, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
