About the position
We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating concepts and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. You will design UI elements and experiences that are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing. Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis will be essential to inform your design decisions. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle is crucial. You will also maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries, ensuring consistency in brand identity and UI standards across all digital touchpoints. Gathering and evaluating user feedback to improve overall product usability will be part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Translate concepts and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, spacing, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
