About the position
TransPerfect is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer who possesses a strong understanding of user research practices and Human Computer Interaction (HCI). This role involves conducting user research to explore the behaviors and motivations of users, working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to develop new features, and championing the user throughout all stages of the product's life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methods and will be expected to mentor team members while providing insights during all stages of the design cycle. The UX Designer will play a crucial role in making user experiences more intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable, contributing to a fast-paced work environment that values self-direction and independent problem-solving skills.
