Responsibilities
- Partnering with Product and Engineering to design new workflows and features from concept to delivery.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Maintaining and evolving a scalable design system to ensure product consistency.
- Applying accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and UX best practices to every design.
- Leveraging AI-assisted tools for design iteration, prototyping, and insights.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical constraints.
- Continuously improving existing features and flows based on user feedback and data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating clean visual design, thoughtful UX decisions, and end-to-end process.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and design collaboration tools.
- Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design and user analytics.
