The Supply Chain - Replenishment Planning team manages process improvement efforts by contributing to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders; presenting new ways of working efforts and continuous improvement recommendations to leadership. The Replenishment Planning team uses advanced planning software to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and create detailed execution plans to optimize Supply Chain service and performance. We work end-to-end with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain to ensure that all departments are aligned and working towards unified goals by identifying key business drivers, creating a roadmap for achieving business objectives, and establishing metrics for measuring progress.
