  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.

Requirements

  • Experience with user research methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing, etc.).
  • Ability to create wireframes, flowcharts, user journeys, and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards (e.g., WCAG).

  • Familiarity with front-end development workflows and collaboration with dev teams.
  • Awareness of platform guidelines (e.g., iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design).

Nice-to-haves

  • 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases both UX process and UI execution.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and cross-platform interfaces.
  • Ability to think critically and solve design problems creatively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Benefits

  • 401k retirement plan.
  • Variable pay/incentives.
