This individual will provide high-quality coaching to Chegg Skills students by acting as a coach and thought partner while fostering confidence as they approach the end of their program and prepare to apply their skills in the professional world. In this role, you will serve as a trusted coach, helping students apply new skills with confidence to their current or future role. Through personalized coaching, you will provide industry insights, guidance on workplace dynamics, and strategies for effectively integrating their learning into real-world scenarios. By fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, you will help students build self-assurance, refine their professional presence, and adapt to evolving industry expectations.
