As the Vice President of Marketing at Banyan Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our SaaS solution that enables investments in renewable infrastructure. You will lead the development of our product marketing strategies, showcasing how Banyan automates inefficiencies and delivers transparency to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to bring modern and intuitive technology to traditionally rigid and outdated industries while contributing to the mission of solving sustainability challenges for our planet. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive Banyan's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of and work closely with the executive team to guide organizational strategy and execution.
  • Develop and lead our marketing strategy, building a clear vision for brand, content, product marketing, and demand generation that aligns with sales goals and company mission.
  • Translate complex product features into understandable language for financial institutions, infrastructure developers, and the broader ecosystem.
  • Create personas, enablement materials, and campaigns to support the sales team in high-trust, high-stakes conversations.
  • Build a thoughtful external presence through content, events, PR, and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience reporting to and collaborating with a C-suite or leadership team to drive company-wide marketing initiatives.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, leading designing, developing, and implementing insight-driven, content-led marketing and sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills across multiple types of data, including marketing, financial, and product data.
  • Ability to design go-to-market strategies, including hypothesis-driven testing, and familiarity with customer segmentation and value narratives.
  • Proven ability to translate complex enterprise product features and unstructured customer insights into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with diverse partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changes in the business, proactively problem solve, and work through ambiguity.
  • Intellectual curiosity, self-awareness, and a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Banyan's mission and strong alignment with our values.
