Its focus has been on building leadership in foodtechTM, with engineers, technology execs, food data experts, etc. We are seeking a VP of Marketing, Branding, Communications Leader with 0 to 1 experience in B2B and B2C, to join us in a groundbreaking initiative at the intersection of data engineering, machine learning, and proprietary nutrition. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of wellness by showcasing WISEcode’s value proposition’s innovative nutrition database to the public. Join a company with ambitious goals, aiming for a multi-billion USD valuation while making a meaningful and lasting impact on health and wellness. The VP of Marketing at WISEcode is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role involves managing social media channels, optimizing online presence, and overseeing WISEcode’s development and success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute strategic marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms
  • Work directly with CEO/Founder, other executives and direct stakeholders
  • Oversee social media channels including Facebook and Instagram
  • Forensically measure and manage ROI on spend advertising dollars vs delivered KPIs
  • Optimize online presence to increase website traffic
  • Oversee the development and success WISEcode’s public facing presence
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the team to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage marketing firms and outside agencies/marketing consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 10 + years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 7 + plus years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in managing social media platforms and driving engagement
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising
  • Experience with unifying all marketing analytics and ROI in a single platform like Hubspot with weekly automatic executive report and dashboard generation
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for wellness and nutrition
  • Roll up sleeves get stuff done
  • Startup experience a must
