We are looking for an experienced Head of Product who will help define and deliver a new CTV product, Ventura OS, from concept to production. This is an exciting role for someone that is energized by a 0 to 1 opportunity and unphased by ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for the product strategy, vision and execution for our CTV platform.
  • Craft roadmaps that bring the product vision to life.
  • Own the product, user experience, design, and technology needed to create state-of-the-art Connected TV consumer experiences.
  • Work on fast-paced, challenging, and diverse projects.
  • Experiment with new approaches and take calculated risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, and executive teams.
  • Build and guide product concepts from ideation to validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Craft strategy memos and presentations for senior executives.
  • Work with finance, strategy, and data science partners to build business cases.
  • Collaborate with consumer insights and design partners to understand customer needs.
  • Scale a high-performing and mission-driven Product Management team.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the Digital Video/CTV Industry.
  • Ability to think and operate at a strategic level while driving execution on a tactical level.
  • History of building and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset and highly analytical.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Strong awareness of technology trends and their potential influence on business.
  • Problem solver that welcomes challenges with complex technical problems.
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and execute on a product vision.
