About the position

The manager will also be involved in sales and customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service and expertise in luxury items.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the pawn shop
• Authenticate and evaluate jewelry, watches, and bags
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Oversee sales transactions and inventory management
• Train and mentor staff on best practices in pawn brokering
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pawn shop manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of jewelry, watches, and luxury bags
• Excellent people skills and customer service orientation
• Experience with gold and diamond authentication
• Familiarity with eBay sales is a significant advantage
