Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect HVAC supplies and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Accurately pick and prep orders for the technicians.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper storage of products.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Support HVAC technicians with parts requests and other warehouse needs.
• General duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems including basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse responsibilities and HVAC equipment is a plus.
• HVAC warehouse experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best warehouse practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs.
• Must have a valid license.
• Must be able to pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
