About the position

The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for efficiently loading and unloading stock trailers, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and manufacturing standards. This full-time position involves physical labor, including lifting and moving products, and requires attention to detail and adherence to productivity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Accurately select and stage trailers for loading and transport while ensuring proper temperature control.
• Operate refrigeration equipment as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
• Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
• Meet productivity requirements and complete other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 6 months of related experience in a distribution warehouse environment or similar roles involving heavy lifting.
• Willingness to work any day or shift as the operation runs 24/7.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack.

Nice-to-haves

• High School diploma or GED.
• Certified Forklift License.
• 1 year of Class A commercial driving experience.
