Responsibilities

• Take patient medical history before exams
• Interpret doctors' written scanning instructions correctly
• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation
• Position patients using immobilization devices for optimal image quality
• Set technical parameters, operate X-ray machines, and observe image data
• Evaluate X-rays for quality and determine if repeats are necessary
• Assist radiologists with arthrograms
• Support other modalities when needed

Requirements

• ARRT(R) certified
• BLS certified
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with radiologic procedures
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in radiologic procedures
• Venipuncture skills
• Flexibility to float between locations

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in time management
• Ability to speak Mandarin
